The Linworth Alternative Program opened in the fall of
1973 as an option for high school students in the Worthington
City Schools. The purpose of the program is to more fully engage
students in their educations by creating choices
and having students make choices, placing the students in situations
requiring higher levels of responsibility
and having students learn and apply what they have learned through
experiential education.

Alumni: Diploma
Stickers Available
After years of requests
by seniors and their parents, after years of attempting to get
Board Office approval and more years of design and finding a vendor,
we have diploma stickers available for graduates of the Linworth
Alternative Program.
If
you were a student at Linworth your final semester (and you actually
graduated), you may pick up a sticker to affix to your high school
diploma. We will not mail these to graduates; if you want one,
either you or your designee must stop by to pick up one. Duplicates
will not be issued.
